I had an amazing experience with Ortiz Diamond Auto Detailing. Rey is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his customers and their vehicles. It’s clear that he really knows cars and takes pride in his work, especially when it comes to ceramic coatings.

He offers great pricing, an excellent warranty, and the quality of his work is absolutely worth every dollar. The ceramic coating he applied to my Ram 1500 Laramie America 250 was impeccable — the finish, attention to detail, and overall results exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend Rey and Ortiz Diamond Auto Detailing to anyone looking to protect and enhance their vehicle. I was so impressed with his work that I already plan on bringing my other new vehicle to him for a ceramic coating as well. Thank you, Rey, for taking such great care of my truck!

We had my 2021 Jeep Cherokee detailed this weekend & it came back looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Rey did an excellent job. We were also very impressed with his meticulously clean shop. We highly recommend his services!

Ray did an excellent job on my Rav4 and Camry, interior, exterior and engine cleaning all came out like brand new. My wife and I both feel like we're getting into a brand new car. Your the goto top detailing company I would always recommend. It's nice to see quality in a time when others are taking shortcuts to save money. Keep up the good work.
Thanks.

Rey did an outstanding job on two of our cars. The first car is a 2022 and he restored the interior to look brand new. His attention to detail and meticulous work is something we have never experienced before. The second car he did was 2016 vehicle that had been sitting in our driveway for two years. This car became infested with mice to the point where it couldn't be sold. Because the car had low milage, we wanted to sell it. I thought we were going to have to total the car. That's how bad it was. Rey had to take apart most of the internal components to clean and disinfect the car. We were astonished to find that when we picked up the car, it was completed cleaned, disinfected and smelled great. We have had many detailing jobs over the years, but these two were beyond belief amazing. Thanks, Rey!

Ray did an incredible job restoring my 10 year old 2016 Jeep Patriot to factory new. The work done far exceeded my expectations and has created a fun driving experience again with a car with new car clean and new car smell. His shop is an immaculate, climate controlled work area and I was floored as a Chemical Engineer that he cleans his cars using deionized water. What I liked most about bringing my car to him is that he is an honest and trustworthy owner who cares about the service and work he delivers. If you want your car to be pampered Ortiz Diamond Auto Detailing in Washingtonville should be your first stop.

I had a ceramic coating applied to my new Subaru Trailseeker by Rey over the Memorial Day weekend. I was floored when I saw the car! Absolutely gorgeous! Ortiz Diamond will be my go-to detailer from now on.

Hands down the best in the business. Ortiz Diamond Auto Detailing has now taken care of our second family car, and we’re already planning our third appointment.

From the moment you step into the shop, you can tell Rey takes his craft seriously. His attention to detail is top tier, and it truly shows in the final result every single time. He treats every vehicle like it’s his own—no corners cut, no shortcuts taken.

Every time we drop off our cars and pick them back up, it honestly feels like we just got a brand new car—without the paperwork lol.

If you’re looking for someone who delivers consistent, high-quality work and takes pride in what they do, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
